All ground shipment items are shipped within 2 business days receiving your paid order. Next day, and second day air shipments received after 1:00 pm CST will ship the next business day. All products ship via FedEx. If an item is out of stock, it will not be backordered. You will be notified of the out of stock condition, and your money will be refunded within 48 hours. You will be notified by email when the item is back in stock. We try to expedite every order received, so it is not always possible to cancel or modify a current order. Contacting customer service as soon as you can after the errent order is placed increases the chances of intercepting the order before shipment.
We will receive returns up to 14 days after the order is placed, however you must call in for a “Return Authority” number before sending back merchandise. To be accepted for a credit, all returned merchandise must be in original unopened cartons. Merchandise returned for credit will incur a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on the returns.
